No, there is too much corruption in Ukraine

I think it is a different society where different social rules count. You cannot compare this to the Netherlands, which has different corruption, just not as visible as in Ukraine. In Ukraine there is corruption and this should be abolished, but you cannot expect this to happen before the war is over. But I think if the war ends the people will realize that corruption is not the answer and reform this.
