I think Government Funded Healthcare should be available for free or with a lot of subsidies for people earning under a certain amount a year. People earning more than said certain amount should be given the choice between Government Healthcare or Private Healthcare. Private healthcare should be moderated slightly though to ensure there's no overcharging especially for life-threatening or terminal illnesses.
