No, strip all immigrants of their Dutch citizenship and reform the entire process. They should be given permanent residence and only once they have given up their other nationality and proven total allegiance to their new home they should be given citizenship. The only immigrants that can keep their citizenship should come from former colonies. Citizenship by blood is the way that people will be given citizenship.
