in short no, the use of the word ''all'' here is the issue for me, maybe raising prices on fossil fuel reliant modes of transportation is the answer short term and finding reliable humane ways to extract the renewable forms of energy in the meantime but the government intervening by placing a restriction on ALL is my issue in this topic.
